Continuing south we take in Las Cabezas de San Juan, Lebrija and El Cuervo de Sevilla before finishing in one of the noblest towns in Cádiz, Jerez. Known for its wines, horses and flamenco dancing, Jerez, which is also famous for its production of brandy and sherry, is a charming old town that dates back to the Moorish times with beautiful palm lined squares. A great place to stop for some well earned rest!

After breakfast, we will continue our ride heading east to the Sierra de Grazalema, one of Spain’s most ecologically outstanding areas. On leaving the National Park you will encounter a final climb into Ronda, a utterly picturesque town at the head of the 100m deep El Tajo canyon, where you will stay for the night. This truly is a stunning place to see and stay, and of course with plenty of restaurants for you to choose to eat.

Riding out from Ronda this morning, continuing east bound, you will make your way into traditional Spanish countryside.
